A space to strengthen awareness, self-compassion, and relationships through creativity and reflection
I am a Seattle-based art therapist helping individuals, couples, and families tell and shape their stories through both verbal and visual expression. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we can explore your creativity not only as an emotional outlet but also as a window into other parts of yourself—and a way to create meaningful change.
I have an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy from Antioch University and a BA from the University of Washington. My approach is eclectic, culturally responsive, and integrative, incorporating elements of various modalities to best meet you where you are. I am Sex Positive, Body Neutral, and affirming of all gender expressions and identities.
I have a particular interest in issues related to religious trauma, non-traditional relationships, being socialized male, and the ways in which our environment and culture impact our lives. Overall, I value authenticity, absurdity, and humor. I believe that, given the opportunity, anyone is capable of harnessing creativity to change and grow.
Thank you for visiting; I look forward to speaking with you.
